Hong Kong Tramways wanted to make everyday journeys easier while bringing the charm of Hong Kong's iconic “Ding Ding” into a modern digital experience — one that feels just as useful to daily commuters as it does to visitors discovering the city.

ULTD reimagined the journey from the passenger's point of view, designing and developing an official app that brings real-time arrivals, route planning, audio tours and online shopping together. More than a transport utility, it turns the familiar tram experience into a digital companion for exploring Hong Kong.
